Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 to 59 years; with a body mass index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 kg/m²; registered users of primary care in Viçosa - Minas Gerais; available to participate in the intervention and follow-up; with preserved cognitive and functional capacity; agreement and signature regarding the Informed Consent Form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who are undergoing pharmacological treatment for obesity at the time of the research or who have undergone bariatric surgery will be excluded; those who have serious untreated clinical or psychiatric conditions; or who are insulin-dependent diabetics; have untreated thyroid disorders; are pregnant or trying to conceive or breastfeeding; have physical limitations that prevent participation in the proposed physical activities; and those who have any serious impairment to periodontal health (advanced periodontitis, dental abscesses, ulcerative-necrotizing gingivitis)
