Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 65 years; American Society of Anesthesiologistsysical status I, II, or III; patients with displaced femoral neck fractures; patients admitted to the study hospital
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with pathological femoral neck fractures; previous neurological sequelae affecting the involved side
