Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18-75 years who have favorable criteria post-intervention, including a Thrombolysis In Myocardial Infarction (TIMI) of 3 in the blood vessel. Absence of occlusion on relevant lateral branches with diameter of = 2 mm. Absence of coronary dissections
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). Cardiogenic shock. Total obstruction of the targeted blood vessel. Need for left coronary branch or emergency intervention due to persistent chest pain. Clinical instability associated with the reduction of coronary blood flow (TIMI<3). Major bleeding (BARC>1). Prohibition of radial artery access. Need for prolonged anticoagulant therapy. Persistent chest pain. Alterations on the electrocardiogram suggestive of ischemia on the observation period (6 hours after the procedure). Pregnancy. Active malignancies. Simultaneous participation on other clinical trials. Absence of adequate family support
