Aussie current (n = 12), for these last two groups the current will be used with strong intensity (producing muscular contraction), but not necessarily painful, with contraction time and rest of 10 se

Age
18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range between 18-30 years; female and do not practice regularized physical activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of skeletal muscle dysfunctions prior, acute inflammation in the region to be researched; metallic materials implanted in the arm to be examined; pregnant women; patients with heart disease
