Age
40 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women; diagnosed with Parkinson's disease according to MDS-UPDRS criteria; stages I to III on the modified Hoehn & Yahr scale; no changes in medication regimen for at least 4 weeks; literate; able to perform basic activities of daily living independently with a Schwab and England scale score of at least 80%; age equal to or greater than 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Body mass index greater than 40 or less than 20; diagnosis of specific diseases such as Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis; clinical and psychological conditions that may interfere with participation or study results

Evaluate BDNF, PROBDNF, NGF, PRO-NGF, IGF1, IL6, IL10, TNF, NGFR (p75NTR), TrK1 (NTRK1), TrK2 (NTRK2), and NF-kappa-B p65 (RELA) through blood analysis using the RT-qPCR method, with RNA extraction, quantification by Nanodrop, and cDNA synthesis with GoScript™ Reverse Transcriptase

Assess cortisol, oxytocin, IL6, IL1ß, IL8, and IL4 levels through saliva analysis using the ELISA method;Evaluate the SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50, VLF, LF, HF, and LF/HF ratio parameters of heart rate variability(HRV) by analyzing beat-to-beat signals (iRR) that have been filtered, processed, and analyzed in the time and frequency domains
