Eligibility
Age
7 Years to 12 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be 7 or 11 years old; Present posterior crossbite (uni or bilateral) and / or atresic palate (ogival) Present moderate to high risk of airway compromise assessed through questionnaire (Sleep Disorder Scale in children).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with chromosomal syndromes, acute or chronic neuromuscular disease and previous history of any type of orthodontic and / or surgical treatment.
