Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged over 18 years. Patients with chronic kidney disease treated by regular hemodialysis for at least 90 days. Phosphorus serum concentration above 5.5 mg/dL in the month prior to randomization as guidelines K-DOQI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Impossibility of feeding orally in the last three months. Clinical complications that change the patient's appetite for more than a week.
