Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals; of both sexes; aged between 18 and 45 years; with at least three months of prior experience in resistance training will be invited to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic diseases (e.g., asthma, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia); urinary tract infection; smoking; pregnancy or breastfeeding; limb injuries; use of supplements (creatine, caffeine, antioxidant vitamins, minerals); anabolic steroids or anti-inflammatory drugs

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that the ingestion of jabuticaba can promote an improvement in endothelial function, evaluated through mediated flow dilation, performed before and after the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that jabuticaba intake can increase the antioxidant capacity, evaluated through biochemical tests; reduce oxidative stress through biochemical tests; and accelerate muscle recovery, through the maximum voluntary contraction protocol, subjective analysis of muscle pain and muscle thickness
