60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hypertensive aged between 60 and 80 years of age

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, limited locomotion and mobility and absence on the sessions over than 25%
