Interventions

Experimental Group: 94 adolescents of both sexes received educated activities about contraception based on problematization methodology, at six steps, with five months of follow-up. Each step happened
Step 1: questionnaire (20 minutes duration)
Step 2: discussion and dynamic group (1 hour duration)
Step 3: discussion group (1 hour duration)
Step 4: questionnaire (20 minutes duration)
Step 5: questionnaire (20 minutes duration). Control Group: 94 adolescents of both sexes received educated activities about contraception based on informative methodology, at six steps, with five mon

Age
10 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both sexes; age between 10 and 19 years old; students at day classes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not signing the Informed Consent Form, by the parents.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that adolescents participating in the educational activity which uses the Problematization Theory present major changes in knowledge , attitude and practice of the use of the pill and the condom . Measures and parameters used to assess the outcome: will be recorded the rates of the issues related to knowledge and practice, since each correct answer is worth one point . The higher the index, the greater the knowledge and practice. Continuous variables related to attitude will be analyzed descriptively.

Adolescents that participate in the educational activity which uses the methodology of transmission also present significant changes in knowledge, attitude and practice of the use of the pill and the condom .
