18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; aged between 18 and 50 years; who have symptoms of stress and who score at least 20 points on the Stress Perception Scale-10 (PSS-10); who are not in menopause; who are not exercising regularly; who have had less than one year or no experience with the practice of Yoga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with diagnosis of non-communicable chronic diseases
