Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both genders; aged between 18 and 35 years; body mass index (BMI) less than or equal to 27 kg/m²; at least 25º of passive medial and lateral hip rotation without pain
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who have practiced physical activity in the last three months; musculoskeletal injury or current or recent symptoms (6 months) in the assessed regions; inability to keep Latissimus Dorsi, paraspinal and hip muscles relaxed during the assessment; pain or discomfort during data collection or intervention and that makes it impossible for them to remain in the study

| Change in Hip Resting Position between control and Latissimus Dorsi active tensioning conditions (delta value): It is expected to assess the change in Hip Resting Position, calculated with a MATLAB routine from hip passive torque values ??obtained in 3 repetitions of medial rotation on the isokinetic dynamometer. In the hip passive torque curve, the resting position is the point where the curve touches the axis of the abscissas. The average of the three repetitions, in degrees, will be used to calculate the change in hip resting position between control and active tensioning of the Latissimus Dorsi conditions before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group.;Change in Hip Passive Torque before resting position between control and active Latissimus Dorsi tensioning condition (delta value): It is expected to assess Hip Passive Absolute Torque obtained 15º before the joint resting position (or within the available range of the individual) calculated with a MATLAB routine. Hip passive torque will be calculated by subtracting the total torque obtained during the test from the torque generated by the equipment and the torques generated by the leg and foot. The average of the three repetitions in Nm will be used to calculate the difference between control and active tensioning of the Latissimus Dorsi conditions before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group.;Change in Hip Passive Torque after rest position between control and active Latissimus Dorsi tensioning condition (delta value): It is expected to assess Hip Passive Absolute Torque obtained 15º after the joint rest position (or within the available range of the individual) calculated with a MATLAB routine. Hip passive torque will be calculated by subtracting the total torque obtained during the test from the torque generated by the equipment and the torques generated by the leg and foot. | Thoracolumbar Fascia Stiffness: It is expected to assess Thoracolumbar Fascia Stiffness values during rest with a specific equipment suitable for the assessment of tissue stiffness. The average of the three repetitions in N/mm will be used to report Thoracolumbar Fascia Stiffness and the assessment will be performed before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group.;Thoracolumbar Fascia stiffness Change (delta value): It is expected to assess if there is a change in Thoracolumbar Fascia Stiffness between rest and active tensioning of the Latissimus Dorsi. The evaluation will be carried out in rest and active tensioning of the Latissimus Dorsi conditions with specific equipment, suitable for the assessment of tissue stiffness, before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group. The average of the three repetitions in N/mm will be used to calculate the difference between rest and active tensioning of the Latissimus Dorsi conditions. ;Latissimus Dorsi Stiffness: It is expected to assess Latissimus Dorsi Stiffness with the individual sitting at rest with specific equipment suitable for the assessment of tissue stiffness. The average of the three repetitions in N/mm will be used to report Latissimus Dorsi Stiffness and the assessment will be performed before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group.;Hip Lateral Rotators Strength: It is expected to assess Hip Lateral Rotators Strength with a hand held dynamometer. The average of three repetitions, normalized by the individual's weight (Nm/kg), will be obtained before and after 12 weeks of intervention or staying in the control group. ;Latissimus Dorsi Activation during the active tensioning condition: It is expected to evaluate the amount of Latissimus Dorsi electromyographic activation obtained during the active tensioning condition. For this, the highest value of Root Mean Square obtained in three maximum isometric voluntary contraction shoul | — |
