Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stakeholders (community leaders, health, education, social assistance and security professionals, certified technical assistants and research teams): minimum age of 18 years; both sexes; active institutional affiliation. Implementing agents (school administrators, teachers and technical staff of NGOs and CRAS): direct involvement in the supervision or execution of evidence-based preventive programs. Parents and legal guardians: recruited by convenience sampling; affiliation with young study participants. Youth cohort: age over 12 years; both sexes; regular enrollment in a public school; parental consent and student agreement
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stakeholders and implementing agents: inability to participate in mandatory training cycles or workshops; termination of professional ties with the participating community or institution before the initial assessment. Youth cohort: absence of informed consent signed by parents or student agreement; transfer to a non-participating school during the data collection period
