Age
10 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 10 years and 19 years; students from Ifal Murici and Satuba campus; students from Monsenhor Clóvis Duarte de Barros State School, União dos Palmares

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to perform anthropometric measurements; special needs; pregnant or nursing; patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome; patients of type I diabetes

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a 10% reduction in the mean energy consumption percentage of processed and ultra-processed food consumption in the intervention group compared to the control group, measured through three 24-hour recalls at the end of the intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measurements of waist circumference, body weight and height, cardiovascular risk; Cognitive performance.;It is expected to find a 10% difference between the groups studied in waist circumference, whose data will be obtained by measuring the perimeter between the iliac crest and the last rib, measured with an inextensible tape measure.
