Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women; aged between 55 and 85; with a self-reported medical diagnosis and X-ray examination of knee osteoarthritis; with internet access; via wifi or 3G to 5G connection on smartphone, tablet or computer; and who had no indication for knee joint replacement surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women without a medical diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis; with a history of knee joint surgery or with an indication for joint replacement; who declared that they did not have access to the internet; had any cognitive dysfunction or declared any impediment to participating during the requested period
