| It is expected to find a decrease in the presence of depressive symptoms verified by the method of application of a self-reported, quantitative questionnaire, which scores and numerically sums these symptoms. The method used will be the application of the Beck inventory. We expect to see a decrease in the sum of the representative numbers of these symptoms. We will look at this summation before and after the intervention and we expect that there will be a statistical difference with a probability of less than 5%. From the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements.;It is expected to find an improvement in the motor skill and balance of these people through the assessment of postural balance performed on a force platform that measures the center of pressure. We expect to find, after the intervention, an area of ??displacement of the center of pressure smaller than 5% of that measured before the intervention. We expect there to be a statistical difference with a probability of less than 5%. From the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements.;It is expected to find a lower motor deficit in walking using the 25-foot walk test and measuring the time spent in minutes or seconds in this footage. And presentation of numerical values ??to assess whether the outcome actually occurred, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements | — |

| It is expected to find a decrease in the time in sedentary behavior verified by the international questionnaire of physical activity, self-reported and we will verify the time in minutes and hours to confirm if there was a 5% decrease in this time, after the intervention. We expect there to be a statistical difference with a probability of less than 5%. From the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements.;It is expected to find a decrease in the perception of fatigue by the method that assesses the sum value of the perceived fatigue questionnaire. And presentation of numerical values ??to assess whether the outcome happened. From the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements | — |
