Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of Açaí consumption on the intensity of Muscle Pain of Late Onset after the application of the Protocol of Muscle Damage Induced by Exercise through the Visual Analog Scale for pain.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of the consumption of Açaí in mediators of the Muscle Damage Induced by Exercise through the performance of biochemical tests of creatine kinase (CK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).
