Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: the athlete cannot have a recent history of injury and rehabilitation in the last 3 months; have respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma); the group with previous experience in aerobic training must train at least 30 minutes a day and 3 days a week; and the group not involved in a training program must not have carried out any form of systematic training for at least 6 months; age between 18 and 65 years;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who do not complete the assessments to be carried out or miss any of the exercise sessions will be excluded
