Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 60 and 85 years; preserved cognitive function; accept to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with presence of auditory and / or visual disturbances; use of wheelchair; with amputation and / or bed restriction; that we do not attend the treatment for at least three times without justification.
