A total of 175 individuals will be selected and divided into 4 groups of Aussie (CA): CA1 (n = 35), CA2 (n = 35), CA3 (n = 35), CA4= 35). All groups will be submitted to 1 session of Aussie current of

Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: localized lumbar pain; pain analogic visual scale (AVS) more than ; with more than 6 weeks; characterized chronic lumbar pain; lumbar pain with mechanic ethiology.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have had surgery in the lower back; gives; not presenting back pain radiated to the buttocks and lower limbs, alteration of thermal and / or sensory sensitivity, pregnant women, kidney problems; patients with pacemakers; skin lesions; use of medication for lumbar pain relief 48 hours before the application of the technique. do not have clinical diagnosis of low back pain and when the etiology of back pain is unknown.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Presentation of the expected outcome presentation of the method to verify ustilization for lumbar pain decrease by increase of pain threshold evaluated in Kgf by pression algometry after Aussie current aplication.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The first frame will contain the first expected outcome. This will be identified as Expected outcome 1: abolition ou decrease of low back pain verified in pain analogic visual scale for at least one point in scale;Expected outcome 2:Decreased subjective perception of pain by decreasing the number of words chosen in the questionnaire of Mcgill after Aussie current aplication. ;Expected outcome 3:Decreased subjective perception of pain by decreasing the percentage assessed in the questionnaire Oswestry after Aussie current aplication. ;Expected outcome 4:Decrease in disability by reducing the number of phrases in the chosen Questionnaire Roland Morris Disability after Aussie current aplication. ;Expected outcome 5:To verify the influence of the biopsychosocial factors to the treatment with the current Aussie after Aussie current aplication with start backup questionnaire.
