Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly women; without practicing systematic physical activities for at least 3 months; considered fit for the practice of resistance exercise under medical certificate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncompensated volunteers in hypertension and diabetes mellitus; volunteers on dialysis therapy.
