Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Man; physically active; experience with resistance training for at least 2 months; equal or greater than 18 years; availability of time and transportation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smoker; Illnesses; Inflammatory process; Injury to lower or upper limbs; caffeine allergy

It is expected to find an increase in kilograms in the load of the tests of 1 maximum repetition in the bench press and leg prees, verified through the Student's t test, from the finding of a difference of less than 0.005 between the pre- and post-intervention assessments
