The 119 patients previously before the clinical examination, will be given a questionnaire to parents and guardians aborting questions related to the patient and the level of knowledge of oral health

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder; Patients aged 5 and up to 15 years; Patients being monitored at the Center for Dental Assistance to Persons with Disabilities (CAOE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-collaborating patients; Patients with unstable health condition; Patients with blood disorders; Active cancer patients; Patients in need of sedation; Patients supplemented with vitamins in the last two months; Edentulous patients

Encontrar prevalência de doenças periodontais e cárie dentária e a correlação entre os marcadores salivares e essas condições.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To analyze the quality of life of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their parents, the perception of those responsible for the oral health of these individuals and the quality of life of the parents.
