Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female adolescents; age between 10 and 17 years old; diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis for at least three months; in conservative treatment with the use of a brace and specific physiotherapeutic exercises for scoliosis; literate, who are attending school regularly; have a smartphone with internet access
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Scoliosis with possible non-idiopathic etiology; diagnosis of neurological, neuromuscular pathologies or congenital malformation; other health problems that make physical activity impossible; cognition and learning problems; inability to understand Portuguese; surgery for scoliosis scheduled for the next six months
