Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Low / high frequency component of blood pressure and heart rate, measured by means of a Finometer.;It is expected that those who have a higher level of physical activity present lower variations in the low / high frequency components. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Hemodynamic variables of blood flow measured by plethysmography and blood pressure measured by mercury sphygmometer.;Parallel to the protective benefits of the level of physical activity, blood flow would be restored after exercise more quickly than those who have low levels of physical activity. As well as milder responses in blood pressure elevations after exercise. | — |
