Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects; adults; male

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous respiratory disease; ribcage deformity; respiratory infection in the past three months; caffeine previous evaluation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of maximal respiratory strength, assessed by examination of maximal respiratory pressure measurements, with a 10% increase in strength. Data collected before and shortly after intervention session.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of thoracoabdominal mobility, assessed by thoracic cirtometry, with an increase of 10% of the measurements. Data collected before and shortly after intervention session.
