Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders; age between 18 and 59 years; lumbar disc herniation proven by computed tomography or nuclear magnetic resonance; pain 3 cm or more according to the numerical pain scale (NDE) for at least 3 months; not being under physical therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Under 18 and over 59 years old; pain less than 3 cm according to the numerical pain scale (NDE); pain for less than 3 months; previous spinal surgeries; neurological disorders; asymptomatic, extruded, thoracic or cervical herniated disc; impediment to perform the exercises; cognitive inability to participate in the evaluations or perform the proposed treatments; allergic processes of the bandage
