Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be between 20 and 49 years old. Have experience in Strength Training or aerobic training in a period between 1 and 8 months. Do not have any type of joint or muscle injury that could compromise the performance of the exercises. Sign the TCLE and agree to be part of the intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have some physical and intellectual limitations that prevent testing. Presenting musculoskeletal diseases that contraindicate the practice of Strength/aerobic Training. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Blood pressure reduction after exercise at post-supplementation moment, as measured by digital equipment.;Mitigation of increased blood lactate rate after exercise at post-supplementation time, as measured by lactate concentration (mmol / L) in digital lactimeter.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in blood cholesterol after the supplementation period, measured by portable digital equipment by collecting capillary blood in the middle finger.;Reduction in blood tryglicerides after the supplementation period, measured by portable digital equipment by collecting capillary blood in the middle finger.;Improvement in body composition after the supplementation period, measured by skinfold protocol.;Improvement of muscle strength and power after supplementation, measured by maximum strength test and vertical jump test.
