Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All parents or responsible for children attended at Ambulatory of child at risk from UFMG Clinics Hospital (ACRIAR), during the period of study data collection will be eligible to take part of this study. Parent or responsible that is able to read, has Portuguese as mother language and sign the written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parent or responsible who as any cognitive impairment, visual and/or auditive impairment, signs of alcohol or drugs effect. Parent or responsible who were able to perform the correct dosage of fluoride toothpaste before researcher advice

| Evaluate the amount of toothpaste dispensed on the toothbrush on a precision scale. The reference value is the recommendation of the American Association of Pediatric Dentistry, of 0.03g of fluoridated toothpaste for children up to 3 years of age. Values between 0.02g and 0.08g will be considered correct. It is expected to reach values closer to those recommended after educational interventions, and a higher percentage of correctness among parents or guardians with a higher level of literacy in oral health. | — |

| Evaluate whether parents or guardians are able to choose between 4 commercial toothpastes with different concentrations of fluoride, which suit the recommendation of having at least 1,100 ppm of fluoride. A higher percentage of right answers is expected between parents or guardians with a higher level of oral health literacy.;Evaluate if the parents responsible are able to dose in a syringe of the drug Amoxicillin, the correct dosage described in the package insert and then in the recipe. The dosage of the package insert corresponds to 2,5mg and the 3mg prescription. Only those values will be considered correct. A higher percentage of right answers is expected between parents or guardians with a higher level of oral health literacy. | — |
