Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women with ages ranging from 18 to 40 years. Between the 9th week and 32 weeks of gestation. Do prenatal care at the school's health center

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who have some gestational risk
