Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with neurological conditions that interfere with assessments, such as paralysis, significant sensory changes, and changes in level of consciousness/understanding;joint diseases that directly interfere with participation in interventions; suspected thrombosis, heart disease, and immediate postoperative conditions; pregnancy; alcohol and illicit substance abuse; and active cancer; prior physical therapy treatment (less than or equal to 6 months)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that greater adherence will occur in group 3 - exercise according to preference, compared to the other groups that did not consider preference, verified through the frequency of participants in the exercise protocol considering a statistically significant difference between the groups (p<0.05).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that participants in group 3 - exercises according to preference, due to better adherence, will have a difference in pain intensity verified through the Numerical Pain Scale, considering a difference of 2 points on the scale between the groups.;It is expected that there will be a lower impact of the disease for all groups, as verified by the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire and finding a significant difference between pre and post intervention (p<0.05).;It is expected that there will be less chronic fatigue in all groups, which will be assessed through the Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory, finding a significant pre- and post-intervention difference (p<0.05) and being associated with the adherence factor.;Sleep quality is expected to improve in all groups over time, which will be assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, finding a significant pre- and post-intervention difference (p<0.05) and being associated with the adherence factor.Sleep quality is expected to improve in all groups over time, which will be assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, finding a significant pre- and post-intervention difference (p<0.05) and being associated with the adherence factor.;Physical fitness is expected to show improvement in all groups over time, which will be assessed by the six-minute walk test, finding a significant pre- and post-intervention difference (p<0.05) and being associated with the adherence factor.
