Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Will be included in this study individuals with stable weight; non smokers; who do not use dietary supplements or medications except oral contraceptive; that may interfere with the study results.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diabetics; hypertensives; carriers of diseases that interfere with energy metabolism; allergic or sensitive to any of the standard breakfast ingredients.
