Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Will be included in this study individuals with stable weight; non smokers; who do not use dietary supplements or medications except oral contraceptive; that may interfere with the study results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetics; hypertensives; carriers of diseases that interfere with energy metabolism; allergic or sensitive to any of the standard breakfast ingredients.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to evaluate, through indirect calorimetry, the thermal effect of food from acute green tea intake.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to evaluate the substrate used for energy production.;It is expected to measure the subjective feeling of satiety through a visual analog scale.;It is expected to evaluate prospective food intake through food records.
