Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; Both genders; non smokers; age between 18 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sick volunteers; presence of secondary hypertension; pregnant teenagers; age over 18 years; resistance training practitioners; smokers

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Resistance training is expected to be able to reduce body weight verified by weight measurement using a weight balance; ;Resistance training is expected to decrease the blood pressure verified by the sphygmomanometer; ;Resistance training is expected to normalize the lipid profile analyzed by the biochemical method;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Volunteers are expected to adopt healthy lifestyle habits to maintain their health.;Volunteers are expected to have reduced cardiovascular risk factors.
