Age
0 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under 15 years at the time of diagnosis and surgical treatment; diagnosis of HD previously established by histopathological analysis of rectal biopsies and confirmed by histopathological analysis of surgical specimens; minimum time of 5 years after surgical treatment; agreement to participate in the study and signing the consent and consent terms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Aganglionosis region extending beyond the sigmoid colon (long forms of HD); associated diagnosis of other intestinal dysganglionoses, besides HD and DNI-B, in the histopathological analysis of surgical specimens; patients who had perioperative complications, which could potentially influence long-term functional bowel outcomes.

MeasureTime frame
Differences in defecation pattern of patients in both study groups, measure by the questionnarie "Bowel Function Score (BF-S).

Differences in quality of life demonstrated by the PedsQL 4.0 tool in patients in both study groups.
