Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with 25 to 50 years old; 5 to 21 km runners training at least 2x / week and one other physical activity for at least once a week for at least six months; agree to participate in the study by the informed consent form and agree not to modify their training routine during the study period (eg modify running or weight training), but will be advised not to perform physical activity during the 24 hours preceding the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No medical certificate to participate in the study; Women who are pregnant or who become pregnant during the study period; Volunteers with lower limb Skeletal Muscle System injury or injured during the study period; Make use of central drugs (antihistamine, anti-depressant, anti-epileptic);To have any metal implant in the head; No response to the resting motor evoked potential of the quadriceps muscle with the stimulation of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation; Contraindications to the use of transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (history of convulsion, tumors or skin infection at the stimulation site, and metallic materials implanted in the brain).

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate Peak torque in quadriceps with Transcranial direct current stimulation in amateur runners after fatigue protocol using ikonitic dinamometer with tDCS.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effects from Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation in the Central fatigue using cortical excitabilty; ;to evaluate lactate levels with lactimeter; To evaluate rating of perceived of effotr using Borg´s scale.
