Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Present score in the mini-mental state exam (Mini Metal) greater than 23 points They should not have performed any type of physical exercise intervention in the six months prior to the start of the present clinical trial; Being literate and not having a higher education (between 3 and 12 years of schooling - elementary school to high school); No motor impairment, musculoskeletal injury or comorbidities that prevent exercise; Have no history of stroke or neological disease; Have a medical certificate attested by the professional involved in the research, confirming the possibility of participating in the exercise progra

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Do not agree to participate in the evaluations foreseen in the research; Not available to participate in interventions that will occur on weekdays, in the afternoon or at night.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Brain structure - frontal lobe volume. Brain volume acquired through magnetic resonance 3 Tesla, with analysis of volumetry through the Neuroquant technique. Both primary outcomes and secondary outcomes will be assessed prior to intervention (pre-event) and after 12 weeks of exercise (post-event). The schedule is for post-intervention evaluations to be finalized within 10 days after the last training session.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Outcome - Executive function Method to verify the outcome: frontal evaluation battery (FAB). The frontal evaluation battery (FAB) is a brief and simple tool that can evaluate executive function. This instrument requires about 10 minutes to administer the six items: (i) similarities (conceptualization) explore abstract reasoning, presenting pairs of objects of the same semantic category; (ii) lexical fluency (mental flexibility) evaluates self-organization, strategy and change, generating as many words as possible beginning with a certain letter; (iii) the engine series explores engine scheduling and scheduling by running the Luria (palm side) series; (iv) conflicting instructions exploit sensitivity to interference, giving the opposite response to that of the examiner; (v) go / no-go evaluates inhibitory control and impulsivity; and (vi) grip behavior evaluates the ability to spontaneously inhibit grip. A maximum score of 18 is obtained by adding each of your six tests, which are scored between 0 and 3;Outcome - Cognitive function: Memory Method to verify the outcome: Rey Auditory Verbal Learning Test Questionnaire - RAVLT. The RAVLT was also developed in the middle of the last century (Schmidt, 1996) and is used to measure the effect of physical exercise on the cognitive-memory domain (Smith et al., 2010). It consists of a list of 15 nouns (list A) that is read aloud to the subject with a one second interval between words, for five consecutive times (A1 to A5). Each attempt is followed by a spontaneous evocation test. After the fifth attempt, an interference list, also composed of 15 nouns (list B), is read to the subject, followed by the evocation of the subject (attempt B1). Shortly after the attempt B1, the subject is asked to remember the words from list A, without being at that moment resubmitted (attempt A6). After an interval of 20 minutes, which should be filled with other activities that do not require verbal reasoning, the subject is asked to remem
