Interventions

30 postmenopausal women diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus will undergo a randomized crossover clinical trial, consisting of 5 experimental sessions that will be performed randomly and separated
2) Resistance exercise before the aerobic exercise session (RA): It will be the same exercises mentioned above, with the resistance exercise being performed before the aerobic exercise
3) Aerobic exercise (A): 1 session of 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise (treadmill running ranging from 65% to 70% of heart rate reserve)
4) Resistance exercise (R): 1 session 30 minutes of resistance exercise (3 series of 12 repetitions with 2 minutes of rest between each series) through seven exercises: bench press, leg press 45º, sea
5) Control: Participants will remain seated for 1 hour and will be advised to limit movement during the experimental session. In all sessions, after the exercise period, which will last 1 hour, partic
