Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: sedentary young adult men, recommended by the american college of sports medicine; absence of neurological or rheumatic disease known as rheumatoid arthritis, gout, lupus, and chronic chikungunya; age between 18 and 30 years; availability and interest in participating in the study and not being on analgesic and antinflammatory medication
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of seizures or epileptic illness; metallic implants in the head or neck; having exercised regularly in the last 3 months; acute inflammation of the upper respiratory tract; dental treatment within the last 4 weeks; use of nicotine, coffee or alcohol on the day of the assessment; physical activities as examples cited; walking to college, going up and down stairs, washing clothes, sweeping, up to 2 hours before the assessment
