This is an experimental study, a randomized clinical trial that will be conducted with the staff of the departments of Cesmac University Center. Employees will be recruited by an initial assessor and

Age
18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Active worker volunteers who use computers for at least four hours a day; both sexes; age between 18 and 59 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant volunteers; Volunteers reporting musculoskeletal pain or injury due to infectious, genetic or traumatic disease and / or disorder; Volunteers who have a physical or mental disability.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a significant reduction in musculoskeletal complaints, especially muscle pain, assessed by subjective reporting on the Visual Analog Scale, as well as an improvement in postural alignment parameters assessed by postural evaluation by the symmetograph at the end of 10 weeks. Considering the improvement from the degree of pain, with an average reduction of 40% and reduction of joint discrepancies for shoulder, pelvis and trunk.

MeasureTime frame
An improvement in quality of life is expected through an increase in the physical, social, environmental and psychological domains in Whoqol bref after 10 weeks from an increase of at least 20% in the final outcome of the scale, for each of the four domains.
