Age
18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Wheelchair rugby athletes from the same team, they must have been enrolled in regional, national or international competitions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The atheletes must wear the actigraphy for seven consecutive days

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The athletes demonstrated that their sleep had suffered some changes, that could be verified by the use of actygraphy when compared the sleep between two periods: pre-season and competition

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The athletes presented an increase in sleep latency that could be verified by the use of subjective sleep questionnaires
