Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being diagnosed with cocaine dependence according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-5 criteria. Age between 18 and 70 years. Undergoing treatment at the Psychosocial Care Center for Alcohol and Drugs CAPS AD for at least six months. Having stable use of psychotropic medications if applicable for at least three months prior to the start of the study. Both sexes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of electroconvulsive therapy (ECT). Brain implants. Stroke or traumatic brain injury in the last 12 months. Diagnosis of epilepsy. Diagnosis of brain malformations. Diagnosis of schizophrenia. Use of medications that interfere with cortical excitability. Hypersensitivity to magnetic stimuli
