Eligibility

Age
20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers aged 20 to 75 years; male and female sex; amateur athletes and / or professional athletes (different sports); with a history of myotendinous lesions; with a report of pain when seeking treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-surgical volunteers (2) with unhealed wounds; who is using anti-inflammatory or analgesic medication; who is undergoing another type of physical therapy treatment; who refuse to sign the ICF.

Secondary outcomes are not expected.

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that patients' pain will significantly decrease after the application of the myofascial release technique, where it will be measured with qualitative pain scales, with 0 - no pain and 10 - extreme pain.
