Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: elderly women; age equal to or greater than 60 years and equal to or less than 80 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of stroke, progressive neurological disease and dementia; difficulty in communication due to the presence of aphasia or hearing loss; presence of any health condition that contraindicates or prevents physical exercise such as angina not controlled and acute coronary disease; being an alcoholic, using drugs and / or a smoker; history of knee surgery (for example, meniscal repair and ligament reconstruction) or recent musculoskeletal injury to the lower limbs that may impair your performance during testing or training (for example, muscle injury, tendinopathy, patellofemoral pain in the lower limbs and / or back pain in the last six months); (6) use of supplements to improve physical performance and / or muscle mass; continuous use of drugs that influence cardiac autonomic modulation; having one or more risk factors predisposing to thromboembolism; who do not adequately understand the execution of the virtual movements and proposed evaluations; for the analysis of autonomic modulation, those that have errors in capturing the RR intervals greater than 5%; elderly women who are not able to walk independently; have cognitive deficits (defined as a minimum score of 24 points on the Mini Mental Status Examination) and; who have participated in regular physical rehabilitation programs in the past six months.
