Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To decrease the serum concentration of Aldosterone, the methodology of collection, processing and storage will be guided by this laboratory and the method used to analyze the plasma aldosterone activity will be the enzyme immunoassay, based on a 25% variation in pre and post measurements -intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
8% reduction in the left ventricular mass, evaluated by Echocardiogram, 10% decrease in the pulse wave velocity evaluated by the SphygmoCor CPV apparatus and a 10% increase in the physical wellness domains, evaluated by the instrument Kidney Disease and Quality of Life Short -Form and 10% increase in functional capacity assessed by the ergometric test.
