Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 9 to 35 years old, presenting a medical diagnosis of type 1 neurofibromatosis; present auditory thresholds less than or equal to 15 dBHL between 250 and 4000Hz, bilaterally, characterizing audibility thresholds within the normal range; to present type A tympanometric curves, bilaterally, featuring adequate functioning of the middle ear; present Central Auditory Processing Disorder.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Neurofibromatosis type 1 patients with comorbidities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, autism and intellectual disability; perform radiotherapy or chemotherapy that compromises peripheral hearing; the presence of epileptic seizures and epilepsy not controlled by a medical team; present alteration of the middle ear; have previously undergone any format of rehabilitation of central auditory processing.
