Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with lower molars in antagonistic anatomical positions; weakened general health; clinical history of previous infection; carriers of severe emotional disorders; The energy level balanced between the normal range of 40 to 60

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the presence of edema in the group with real acupuncture will be lower than in the placebo group. Facial measures are distance between the measurements of the angle of the mandible with ment; labial commissure; outer corner of the eye; before the tragedy; wing of the nose. Differences of distances in mm calculated the coefficient of edema; intraoperative bleeding in the actual group will be less than in the placebo group. Blood collected in ml during surgery will be calculated by taking the amount of saline used during surgery; The amount of medication ingested in the placebo group should be greater than in the treatment group. Volunteers will note in a medication record the amount and timing of drug intake; the presence of trismus in the actual group will be lower compared to the placebo group. The evaluation will be made by measuring the distance between the upper incisor and the lower incisor. This distance will be made in mm. Comparing the before and after surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome observed with acupuncture is a decrease in the level of anxiety, facilitating the surgical transit. Anxiety was assessed using the indicator trace state inventory. Patients answered questions regarding their current emotional state before and after energy regulation;Secondary outcome observed 2 in the anesthetic consumption treatment group is being lower than in the placebo group. At the end of the surgery, how many anesthetic tubes were needed to promote the analgesia necessary for the exodontia
