Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 20 to 59 years; both sexes; medical diagnosis of high blood pressure; eutrophic nutritional status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with disabilities that prevent them from taking exams; pregnant women; kidney disease; dyslipidemia; diabetes
