Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women; aged 18 years or older; without cognitive alterations and able to understand the Informed Consent Form (ICF); diagnosed with breast cancer; undergoing treatment; capable of physical exercises; with a medical certificate for physical activity
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with untreated/acute deep vein thrombosis; high fever; blood alterations (platelet/hemoglobin below reference); active bleeding; needing a walking aid; difficulty understanding instructions
