Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women; aged between 18 and 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Are in menstrual period; pregnant; contraindication for performing physical activity (PAR-Q); anxiolytic treatment of any kind; dysfunction (cardiac, endocrine, orthopedic and metabolic) self-reported that may interfere with performance; are not literate
