Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Have been in the postmenopausal period for at least 1 year; between 45 and 60 years of age; have symptoms of urinary incontinence; use hormone replacement therapy for at least 6 months or not use hormone replacement therapy for at least 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have any associated urogynecological disease (gynecological cancer and lower urinary tract infection); undergo gynecological surgery; undergo or have undergone other physical therapy treatment for UI; musculoskeletal changes that may prevent the performance of the proposed activities; not being able to contract PFM; have genital prolapses greater than grade 2 and use of mirena / hormonal IUDs.
